[Sticky] How does it feeeeeeel? The emotional impact of the Bob Dylan allegations
Even loser mystics get a shot at something big sometimes. I just feel like Joan Carra is taking a shot. I think it's a blatant false allegation. She sees a big hit on a really famous dude, with a big payout. Bob is like her scratch ticket. Why not accuse him? He's rich. He's her target.
My complaint is about the setlist. Maybe if there wasn't so much death and destruction in the setlist, Bob would be doing more rhan half-filling small theaters.
Somebody has to be Angelina. I don't like what the accusations themselves have done to the setlists. Certain songs can have a different context now.
Bob is tough. My dad is out on his roof. Bob is out on tour. They're both the same age. They could probably both still kick my ass.
I just draw the line at turning I'll Be Your Baby Tonight into a murder ballad. I can't tell Ye not to burn his house down either. I can't tell Bob what to do. What happened to the whole nice show he recorded for the computer?
I hope Bob tours for three years if he wants to. He could just do so many different shows with his catalog. I'm not saying he shouldn't be displaying his natural sense of toughness on stage. But if he thinks he's ordering the hit at the end of the first song, and by the last song he's Abel killing Cain, then I just wonder if he has too much of a God complex sometimes. I have no idea what Bob Dylan thinks. I'm just saying if the show his doing now was like the Shadow Kingdom show, he would be selling out shows.
Typo: 'He's doing.' Should be: "the shows he's doing." You have about two minutes to edit on this site before you're etched in stone forever on the internet. Hopefully Bob will release a new love song one day.
